Kelsey Asbille Chow is an American actress who came to limelight after her role in Disney XD sitcom 'Pair of Kings'. In her beginnings she's appeared in numerous films and TV shows. Media criticized her for denying the fact that she was Chinese. Barbara appeared on Lifetime Army Wives TV, was as a character on ABC George Lopez as Sabrina the Teenage Witch. She also appeared in Neil Simon's Female version of The Odd Couple.
